Hummus Wrap

Typically, because I like to have a lot of fresh veggies in my fridge, I have to come up with new ways to eat them before they go bad. I used to eat cold-cut sandwiches for lunch sometimes, but adding a bunch of veggies to that is strange. Hummus is the perfect protein to a veggie wrap!

Ingredients:
-whole wheat wrap
-hummus (some favs: red pepper, spicy, sweet potato)
-snow peas
-baby corn
-peppers
-cucumber

Spread a thin layer of hummus over the wrap. I like to cover the whole wrap so when I fold it, then the hummus will help stick it together. Then add your veggies.You can add or omit any veggies you would like!
