Meat Lasagna

Typical lasagna has a variation of cheese and meat and layers and stuff, but that takes too long, and is typically more expensive. This lasagna uses only 3 key ingredients, and tastes almost as good!

-1 can or bottle of tomato sauce
-chunk of ground beef (1 pound for a 9 inch square pan)
-lasagna noodles (the ones that you dont have to boil)
-grated cheese

-casserole dish (about 9x9 square for one person to have 4 meals)
-tin foil
-larger frying pan

To start, you have to cook the ground beef in the frying pan. I like to add a table spoon of water while cooking it to draw the grease away from the meat. After the meat is cooked, pour out the grease (you can wash the beef at this time if you would like by running water over it and draining it again). Then add the sauce to the meat and let it heat up.

Preheat oven to 350C. Pour a layer of the sauce and meat mixture over the bottom of the pan then cover the layer with the noodles. Repeat this 3 times and on the top layer of sauce and meat, add just enough grated cheese to cover. Cover the dish with tin foil and put in the oven for 40 minutes, then remove the tin foil, and cook for another 15 minutes. Take it out, and serve!
