Apple Pie Croissants

We bought a few packs of croissants for some reason a few weeks ago, I think they were on sale? Anyways, we made cheese croissants last week. You know, cheddar cheese rolled into them and some sprinkled on the top...mmm. This time, I was looking in my cupboard of mysteries, and I thought, why don't we make something crazy!? This is a knock-off of rolled pie pastry with similar ingredients, but I didn't figure that out until after!!

-Brown sugar
-Pillsbury croissants

Peel the skin off the apple, and then keep 'peeling' the rest to make the apple pieces that will go in the pastry thin. Put a few of the apple pieces on the small side of the pastry, then sprinkle the apples and the rest of the pastry with the cinnamon and the brown sugar. Roll up the croissants, like normal, and sprinkle the top with some cinnamon. Bake them according to the instructions on the croissant label, then eat them!!

Mmm. Seriously, Mmm.
