Mashed Potatoes

In the summer, we cook potatoes and onions  on the BBQ separately, but then I always end up mixing them together because they taste so much better. I just found a better way to mix up your mashed potatoes! I was actually so surprised at how good this tasted that I had to go out and buy more potatoes to double-check.

-Potatoes, peeled and chopped into cubes, 1 per person
-Sweet onion, chopped into small pieces, as much as you want but remember they wont have a very strong taste
-Jalapeno pepper, minced, 1/2- 1 per potato
-Creamy cucumber salad dressing, approx 2 tbs per potato
-Pinch of dill spice

Boil enough water to submerge the desired amount of potatoes and onions. Boil the potatoes and onions together until you can easily put a fork through the potato. Strain them and put into a bowl that you can mash everything in. Add the jalapeno peppers, dill spice and salad dressing and mash the potatoes until desires mashed-ness.
