Crispy Chicken Thighs

In the summer my aunt made chicken thighs when we were visiting and they were so good. I imagine that there was more preparation and ingredients in my aunt's recipe, but these tasted very similar and they were delicious! Chicken thighs are great, as well, because they are so cheap to buy!

-Chicken thighs
-Seasoning salt

-Aluminum foil
-(Cooking spray)
-Baking pan

Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line the baking tray with aluminum foil and spray the foil with some cooking spray or spread some butter on it. Take some butter in your hand and coat each thigh with a thin layer of the butter (this will let it get crispy). Sprinkle with some seasoning salt, then throw in the oven. Cook it for 30 minutes.
